Our comprehensive training and upgrading involves a multi-level approach. Tried and true, our methods produce results fast!
1. New licensees begin with an intensive course in Business Planning. We believe that if we know what your goals are, we will be in a better position to help you to achieve them.
2. Next, we begin a skills oriented course in sales training, marketing, personal promotion, negotiating skills and customer service. You will learn about all of the services available to you and your clients and how they work to help you sell more real estate, and ensure repeat and referral business.
You will work in a small group, (no 'classroom' atmosphere) where you will receive the one-on-one attention to YOUR needs.
3. The next level is connecting with the vast knowledge and expertise available to you through the wide scope of experiences already gained by your mentor. You will benefit from many of our experienced sales people, who are happy to help you.
4 as long as you wish. You will stay connected. Regular Business Meetings, Coaching Sessions, Technology Training and much more are available to you, as long as you need. The Broker's door is always open! You will gain from someone who truly has a vested interest in your success. You'll learn from people who do it, have done it, and know how to do it best.
